The Las Cruces Sister Cities Foundation will host its 2020 Annual Meeting at which guest speaker Mariana Barraza-Mitchell, Political and Trade - Economic Affairs Officer from the Mexican Consulate General Office, will provide special insights about Sister Cities programs.

A pot luck dinner will precede the speaker and business meeting.
