Sub-Committee Meeting - Oktoberfest Planning

Sub-Committee Chairs meet on site to discuss Logistics of planning and organizing October 4, 2014 "Oktoberfest" Event.

Membership Drive and Information Booth, Food and Beverage, Entertainment, Decorations chairs will plan and work on Logistics.  Marketing and Volunteer Chairs to gather information and inspiration for communication and recruiting.

The Maze is located on W. Picacho Avenue approximately 1/2 mile West of the Rio Grande River on the South Side
